Dry Bag Size Guide

Swim Secure waterproof Dry Bags come in four sizes from the small 20 litre up to the extra larghe 50 litre. All of our Dry Bags are designed to be easily towed, and the larger bags do not produce significantly more drag even when full. All sizes will easily support an adult's weight if you need to rest during your swim, but should be used by competent swimmers only. 

The following shows the types and volume of kit that can be carried in each size Dry Bag. 

SMALL 20 LITRE DRY BAG

Our smallest 20L Dry Bag is perfect for taking the essentials with you on your swim.

Size Deflated - 60cm x 33cm / 24" x 13"

For this test we could fit in flip flops,  t-shirt, shorts, a micro-fibre towel, keys, sunglasses and phone.

The medium 29L Dry Bag is our best selling size and combines increased capacity with a narrow profile in the water.

Size Deflated - 68cm x 36cm / 27" x 14"

When we tested the bag it could easily carry flip flops, a micro-fibre towel, t-shirt, shorts, sunglasses, running top, drinks flask, keys, and cell phone

Taking extra or bulky kit on your swim is easy with our large 35L Dry Bag. The 35 litre capacity gives plenty of space for larger items for longer adventure swims or bulky cargo. 

Size Deflated - 71cm x 38cm / 28" x 15"

When testied, the bag comfortably took sneaker, a micro-fibre towel, t-shirt, sunglasses, running top, hiking trousers, water bottle, flask, keys and cell phone

Our extra large Dry Bag is designed for families and groups looking to take all their kit in one. The generous 50 litre capacity ensures there is room for all your kit and supplies, and the increase in size and buoyancy makes this the perfect Dry Bag to share. This Dry Bag will easily fit a bulky Changing Robe / Parka - the only size Dry Bag that will do this. 

Size Deflated - 74cm x 43cm / 29" x 17"

We managed to easily carry trekking boots, waterproof coat, hiking trousers, t-shirt, running top, micro-fibre towel, , sunglasses, flask, drinks bottle, keys and phone.

WILD SWIM BAG 30 LITRE 

The hydrid Wild Swim Bag has 30 litres of storage capacity, making it light when carried while still having space for your adventure essentials. Perfect for carrying your kit on land or sea.
